As you might imagine, the cool, damp, dreary conditions were of little concern to the pickerel at Burrage yesterday. I fished primarily on top, slow-popping a big cork bug along the weedlines and stumps for bass, but every once in a while I'd speed up the chugging and managed to entice a bunch of picks into taking.
