Guys - I have gone ahead and reserved a campsite,for the weekend of June 6, '08. You don't have to camp overnite to attend, but if you want to, nows
the time to
book the sites as the weekend slots go quickly. June will be here before you know it! Alec

Ah ha I thought that was the pond you had in mind
 I was hoping to get
to fish there so I am looking forward to this event. Not sure about the camping but I will be there with tube or canoe.

I may get a camping spot...am looking about maybe taking some vacation time that week...Great idea Alec..there are numerous ponds explore and fish, monster BG?
I am there... It is a great place to relax and enjoy Mother Nature

So it's not bad enough I'm sitting here reading about monster bluegill's when it's 20 deg and blowing outside, but you guys have to schedule a trip to Mecca right on my wedding aniversary :-( |

Reserved a campsite for the weekend of June 6-10, 2008. Bringing my BBQ grill and it will be full of BBQ, ready and hot... and the fly fishing action will be
even hotter... I am sure. Hope to see some old fishing pals ... eat some good ol' BBQ, make a toast to Sam, swap stories and tall tales, and fight hand to
hand combat with some of them Gladiator Gills... should be an outstanding fly fishing weekend, Sam Tisdale Style...

Hope you can make it Lou! Bring waders, but a float tube or canoe would be best. There will probably be room in someones boat- will get a better count as the
