I don't know but you could probably do this in NYC, either salt water or warm water. All the big lakes here hold monster carp(30+ lbs). Stripers can be
caught in the east or hudson rivers,when you're lucky.

I watched that video from my desk in my office in my suit wondering WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT !!
