John - Norm Norlander is a genius. His vise is really superb. I had one back in the nineties and there were some issues with the jaws regarding setting and
holding the hook, especially larger hooks. Evidently the jaws have been redesigned and that is no longer an issue. The speed with which one can tie flies with
the Nor-vise is truly amazing, and they are smooth as butter. You are tempting me here!! I'l put a good word in with Ol' Saint Nick for ya!! Alec

I have been tying on the nor vise for quite a few years now and have upgraded to the cam jaws in both the standard and large jaws. It takes a little getting
used to at first but I absolutely love the vise. The auto bobbins are good to have with it but also have a learning curve with sucking your thread back in.
Also Norm is a great guy that ansewers the phone when you call for customer service. I had a problem with a jaw for my vise and he ansewered the phone and
sent a new jaw my way that day.
